Some random pics

We were having spaghetti for dinner so we decided to teach Liam the art of sucking up the long noodles. He caught on pretty quick! LOL It was fun!

Daddy showing Liam how it's done

He's got it!

Liam is helping Mommy put the topping on the muffins

He just couldn't resist tasting the topping!

Liam helping Mommy do laundry (I plan to use this pic for blackmail later in life when he tells me he doesn't want to help do the laundry I'll show him this pic and say see you used to like to help! LOL)

Of course we can't just put the clothes in the basket we have to climb in the basket too!

This is Liam yelling at me "I see, I see". He likes to look at the pictures after I take them

Liam really gets into eating spaghetti! He went straight to the bath after this meal!

Who needs hot chocolate when you have just plain water! Liam thought it would be good to put some marshmallows in his cup of water. Gross! Yes he did eat some of them!

Party time!

On sunday we went to Aunt Susie's house for cousin Cara's 2nd birthday! It was fun! Good food, family and CAKE, what more can you ask for! LOL

Liam enjoying the snacks. He's very much into dipping anything! Hey whatever makes him eat his veggies! LOL

Having fun with balloons!

Guys day out!

The day after Halloween, Daddy, Liam and Pop Pop went to the air show together. They had a good time! They saw lots of cool airplanes! They saw the famous Blue Angels fly and one of the newest coolest planes out there. I'm glad the guys got to hang together! Mommy missed her guys but did enjoy a little mommy time!
Here are some pics from their guys day:

Halloween

This was the first year Liam dressed up for Halloween. Last year he just wore halloween jammies and helped give out candy. I am happy he wore his costume! I was trying to get him used it several days before Halloween and he wouldn't have anything to do with his costume so I was afraid he wouldn't wear it on the actual but he proved me wrong! Even wore his hat! Since Liam isn't big into candy (yet!LOL) we decided to take him to the zoo. They have a thing called Zoo Boo. It's supposed to be a non scary event. They have booths set up around the zoo for you to trick or treat at and there are games to play. I think Liam had fun. He played the ball toss game, pick a skull, frog game and ring toss. I'm proud to say that Liam did better on the ball toss game then the 4 year old boy who went before him! That's my boy! Some of the animals were out but not a lot of them. It was kind of fun but I'm not sure we'll do it again next year. Here are some pics!

Tired and ready to go home!

Pumpkin carving didn't go so well!

Sorry for not updating sooner! I get on the computer and forget to update.
So, you saw the pics of us starting to carve the punkees (how Liam says pumpkin, it's so cute!), well the carving didn't go so well. Bad pattern, operator error who knows what went wrong. LOL Mike was trying to carve Happy Halloween in the punkee and the letters were too close together so the punkee caved in. Liam's reaction was so funny! He points to the punkee and says "Ohhhhh Daddy broke the punkee!" He won't let him live it down either! Every now and then Liam will bring up how Daddy broke the punkee! LOL The other punkee is sitting in the hallway uncarved. Not sure of it's fate right now! LOL We will try again next year and we plan on getting a better carving kit!

Some other cute pics from the weekend!

Here are some random pics that I took over the weekend!

Liam decided to take out all the pitchers and play!

Liam playing with Daddy's hat

Halloween preview! He might not let us put his costume on him on Friday so I thought I'd grad a pic when I could! LOL
Our little devil!

I just loved the way he fell asleep with his hands folded together! Our little angel!

Our weekend!

We had a fun weekend! The weather turned cooler and it was so nice on Thursday night that we decided to go for a walk with Meme. Liam loves to walk Bella or is it that Bella likes to walk Liam!

Liam walking Bella
Then on Friday night we took Liam over to his school for the Fall Festival they were having. It didn't really go over so well! LOL He started crying before we even walked in. Poor thing! I think he thought he was being dropped off again! Once we got inside we assured him that Mommy and Daddy were staying with him. We skipped the first area which was face painting. The next area was pumpkin painting. Liam kind of got into that but when he saw one of his teachers dressed as Shrek in the next area he freaked! We walked through the mad scientist lab. Liam wouldn't stick his hand into any of the bowls to feel the eyeballs and brains! Next year I'm sure he'll love it! On the other side of the school he kind of had fun. He played the pick a duck game and toss the ball in the can. He won his first carnival prizes!! Yay!!

Then on Saturday we went to Costco. I didn't take any pictures of that! LOL

On Sunday we started our day by washing the cars. Liam had tons of fun playing with the bubbles and water! He started out washing Mommy's car then turned his attention to Daddy's car. He did a wonderful job!

Liam doing a great job on Daddy's car
All done and soaking wet!
Then later we decided to carve our pumpkins that we bought at the farm a couple of weekends ago. Liam had a good time! Every time Daddy pulled out some pumpkins guts Liam would say "ewwww". Liam was using the scoop to stir the bowl of pumpkin guts and he was saying "I cook"! He loves to help me cook! Maybe he'll be the next Emeril! Next thing to do is roast the seeds! Yummy!

So, all in all a good weekend! I'll post pics of the carved pumpkins as soon as they're done!

Liam's first school picture!

Liam's daycare took school pictures earlier in the month. Liam refused to take individual pictures so all we have is the class picture(if you click the picture you can see it bigger). Oh well, there are plenty of school pictures in my future, right? The kids look thrilled in the picture, don't they? LOL Apparently Liam wasn't the only toddler that didn't want his picture taken! Liam is second oldest in the toddlers and he will soon be moving to the 2 year old room. He actually spends more time in the 2 year old room then he does in the toddler room. He prefers to play with the older kids! LOL I love the school Liam is at. It really is more then just a daycare. They actually have a learning cirriculum. They do art, music and learning lessons every day. The teachers are all very sweet and they love Liam to pieces. Well, how could you not love Liam!? LOL The little boy to the right of the teacher (striped shirt on the end) is Luke who is known as Liam's twin! LOL Their faces don't really look the same but they are built the same and have the same hair color. From the back it's hard to tell them apart. I've talked to Luke's mom and she said her husband almost picked up Liam thinking it was Luke!

Shoe drama!

My 21 month old son has his own sense of fashion already! We've had our first bout of fashion drama! It was about shoes. You see, I bought Liam a new pair of tennis shoes. They were a really good deal for being Stride Rite. I thought they were cute. Liam didn't. He screamed bloody murder everytime he had to wear them. He would cry "No shoe Mama. Shoe off!" I thought they were cute little boy shoes. (see pic below)

The offending shoes!
So I decided to pick my battles and I bought him some new shoes (see pic below) He LOVES them! After I took them out of the box last night he wanted to carry them around and kept
telling me "Shoe on Mama" I had to tell him that he couldn't wear his new shoes to bed! Oh the drama! He just cracks me up!

The good shoes!

Here is Liam ready for school this morning looking like a big boy in his new shoes and "ewww" bug shirt.

Liam's new favorite toy: foam swords!

Mommy and Liam-Do we look alike?
Nice face! He looks like he's saying "You talkin' to me?"
Two of my favorite guys!
