Liam's birthday party

We celebrated Liam's 2nd birthday on Jan 4th since Daddy was leaving for a month. We had his party at an indoor play place called Dynamoze. They had playhouses, train tables, blow up jump houses, mini roller coasters and all sorts of fun things! Kids and adults had a blast! The 2 hours went by so fast!

Christmas 2008

Christmas was as great as always! We celebrated with my parents on Christmas Eve. This year was even more special because Grammy was here visiting from Florida! We had our nice dinner at Ruth's Chris steakhouse, then we came home and got into our comfy jammies and opened presents! We were all spoiled as usual!
I didn't get any pics of us opening at Mom and Dad's but I did get pics of our Christmas on Christmas morning.
Liam put cookies out for santa before he went to bed and then the next morning Liam saw santa had brought him some presents!

At the end of Nov we celebrated Pop Pop's birthday...notice the big yankee candle on top of the brownies!? LOL Mom didn't have any candles so we had to improvise!

Thanksgiving

Mike and I had four days off around Thanksgiving so we decided to spend it up in Sulphur Srings with his Mom. Mike hadn't spent a holiday in Sulphur Springs since he was in high school! We had a good time. Gram's new house has a HUGE front yard with big oak trees that were dropping their leaves. Liam had a blast playing in the leaves! About as close to playing in snow as he's ever been! LOL

Some fun things...

We took Liam to his first theater movie. We went and saw the animated movie Bolt. He did really well! He didn't sit the whole time but paid attention to most of. We had a good time!

Liam loves to play in the laundry room while I'm trying to do the laundry. I think he thinks he's helping! LOL I walked out of the laundry room to go get a basket and walked back in and said where did Liam go? Well, this is where I found him....

Pop Pop caught a lizzard and brought it over for Liam to see...


Funny story..Pop Pop was so excited to catch the lizzard and bring it over. He told us how easy it was to catch it, usually they are so fast! So, after Liam holds it for a little while we say it's time to let the lizzard go..well he was dead! Apparently he was dead the whole time! That's why he was so easy to catch! LOL We thought he was just playing dead!

Where did leave off....

Oh yes....so we decided to put up our Christmas decorations the weekend before Thanksgiving because we were going to be spending Thanksgiving up in Sulphur Springs with Mike's mom. So, here are some pics of us decorating.

Me and Liam were testing the lights to make sure they worked-Yes he did know how to plug them in! Scary! LOL We make sure to keep all the outlets covered! Little stinker!
